Just saw this on another forum.... Hope it works for those interested. Post up if you use it and it works, please
"JCW that has a code for 20% off of all "Summer Driving" Products on orders of $150 or more. I assume this top will fall under that?
The code is: AEBBEXT

At first I didn't care for the trekktop, but it has really grown on me. I have had mine for a while and its so fast and easy. There is hardware, but after you put it all on you never have to mess with it again. I'll be honest, you will get a little mad the first couple times you try to put it back on, because there are just little tricks to it that you have to learn by doing it. But now I can put it on in about 5 to 10 minutes (depending on how patient I'm feeling lol). And it comes off in the blink of an eye. With this top, just make sure you keep an eye on the weather, because there is not a real easy way to actually store it in the Jeep so most likely you will be leaving it at home while it is off. But I love the looks and the functioning of this top. It doesn't bother me that the windows don't come out because I can have the whole thing off in about 2 minutes anyway and putting it on is just about as simple as taking it off.
IMO trekktop is the way to go

|SBakerUMC||Dude. I just got one and I love it. I came from a hard top. I love the fact that is can be put on and taken off easily. It can be a little tough getting used to it, but it is nice. I really like the look and most of all CHEAP! It is about half of the cost of a stock or like stock soft top. The bumer for the bestop is that the back window comes out but not the side ones. I wish that they would add some way that you could roll the back window up and secure it instead of having to take it out. It is really nice though. One thing to mention is that the doors use a positive pressure system wich means the door seals on the outside of the top. There is not flushness to it. It seems weird but it doesnt leak. It really is nice and I would recommend to anyone.|

The back window comes out of the Bestop one. The Rampage top that used to be Viking Fastback top all the windows come out and store in a pouch on the top. Nice to be able to have them onboard and out of the way. I love the looks of those tops, much better looking than stock softops, IMO. Check out the Rampage tops on JCWhitney's site. They might still have a back log of orders tho, but I think maybe they're catching up.
They both (all) need door surrounds, headers and tailgate bars, so not completely hardware free, but close. And I understand they are slightly more difficult to install/remove than a factory top, due to the bulk, and no bows to support it. But, in a perfect world I'd be independently wealthy, 30 and have bigger tata's... So you take what you get!

I was thinking a halftop, now im pointing towards a trektop. I like the no hardware, and takes up less space, and looks neat. Does anyone have some new opinions on the top after having them? Can the windows be taken out and the top still be on?
well now that i see i spelled the title wrong and can't fix it... oh well lol
