Yes the RE 3.5 will be fine with 33's.. I also have run the rusty's 3" on another jeep pictured below with a 1" body lift.. worked well.. road very nice with stock control arms.. didn't have an SYE, just dropped the t-case. Although the rear springs on mine did sag a bit over time.. not sure if that is still the case.

my .02$ worth:
I have a 3" suspension lift from Rusty's Off Road with adjustable short arms & I run 33" all terrain tires (cause it's my daily driver ) I've never rubbed the fenders with everyday driving and only 1-2 times while doing some hard wheeling. As a side note, with my lift. I did require a SYE to correct the drive line angle.
I'm not giving advice , just sharing my experience

|texasjeep||I want to put 33'' tires on it. Was told that requires a minimum 4'' lift... I was looking at the Rubicon Express 3.5'' lift will the clear 33'' tires with out rubbing?|

Now as jeeperman said or didn't say.. the rubicon express kits are very nice, I have one, on a non Unlimited and like it a lot. the Old Man emu will give a nice ride but will not be as high as you asked about. As stated, what do you plan to do with the jeep, everyday driver? Weekend toy? If your only going to go off-road 10% of the time.. I would look at the Rubicon Express 3.5 kit. Will allow you to get some bigger tires in there.. 33's sit up a bit and should you want to to go off road it will do fine.. Comes in many forms.. just depends how much to want to spend. Price starts around the $600 dollar range if i recall.. then it go's up from there. Not sure the price on the OME stuff.

|jeeperman||Rubicon Express makes great lifts as does Clayton's off-road. I have never really heard anyone rave about other lifts, although the Full Traction Kit that I have is great! Is there any reason that you want to lift your truck 4" even though 90% of your driving is going to be on-road? I am not giving you a hard time by any means, but the ride will be muck better with an Old Man Emu kit which is about 2" partly because of spring quality and partly because of control arm angles. Like I said, not giving you a hard time, just wondering.|

I have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and want to do a 4'' suspension lift. only about 10-15% drving will be off raod any recomendations or suggestions???
