kjeeper10 Just removed mine, took a razor blade and sliced through them. The bezels had to come off too, going to sand blast it and rhino it black.

First pick mine. 2nd, what I am after

I closed my eyes and tried to picture it. I opened them back up quickly, don't ask me to do that again! Where's my binky?

joesunlimited1 Thanks everyone! That was simple. Total of 4 push pins 2 on top 2 on bottom. Had to remove headlight bezels. I think ill paint them this weekend.

emills It was awhile ago - but I recall a few screws/bolts and a couple christmass trees. Once they were off - the whole thing popped off very easily for me. I did not have to touch the headlight bezels if I recall properly.

Did a quick search and found this thread:

I guess I had no screws on mine - just a few of the christmas trees along the top and two on bottom.

JDsDream If I remember correctly, when I removed mine there were four screws (two below and two on top) it might have been just the 2 lower, and the clips on top. I removed the headlight bezels and after a little hand prying it popped off. It was pretty tight, but it was easy to do.

Beachcomber I have the same issue. I took a quick look and found two push pins on the top and two nuts and bolts on the bottom. That seems to be it. Let me know what you find when you get it off. I plan on doing my in a few weeks. I afraid of what I will find under the the grill.

Chrome GRill Overlay Removal

I want to remove the chrome grill overlay? It was on when I purchased jeep. I can see two push in type fasteners under hood. Does anyone now how this comes off?
