Congo Cage not cagin' well on my Unlimited

I posted this in another thread but decided to give it a thread of its own so that it can be searched better. I have an unlimited with soft top and Congo Cage installed. For the first time last Friday I tried to put the soft top down. The first step in putting the soft top down is folding the header back to the "sunrider" position. I put the congo cage back in its tilted position using the provided metal bars and tried to fold the top pack and it would not fold back because there wasn't enough room in the arc because the header comes in contact with the cage. Has anybody else had difficulty with this? How is the top lowered while the congo cage is on? I thought the tilt back position was suppose to allow enough space for the top to be lowered.
