|clear lake jeepn||No offense....but man..those just look goofy. At least you painted them black. When I first saw they were chrome I was really tripping...but the black is MUCH better. I have been rolling with no doors for almost a straight month now and the PO PO don't seem to be too worried about the fact that I dont have any mirrors. I even pulled up next to a cop at a red light about an hour ago and he was looking at my jeep pretty hard. He rolled down his window and asked me where I got my "Salt Water Soul" sticker that I have just below where the mirrors should be.|

OK finally got the mirrors, painted them and installed. The work great no vibration and the right hand mirror is completely visible. The only downfall so far, and it just warrants a little care in handling, is that the Y bracket is plastic. I used nylon washers so that they could be rotated in the socket and still stay tight, the washers are a little big but work good.
The Y brackets are plastic , The sock head bolts that came with them were too short so I ground down a couple 21/2" hex heads and JB welded them in so they wouldn't spin when I tightened the mirrors down on the door hinge.

DIY side mirrors
I just bought these off E-bay and they look like they can be altered pretty easy to fit into the hinge bracket. Looks like I can drill out the bracket and put extra long bolt in. $12.99/$12.99 shipping. They are for the Harley Cross Bones, I will post again when I get them fixed up.
