Oswald The wheels are a different bolt pattern, so no.
97-06 Jeeps are 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern, 07-10 are 5 on 5.5.

WILL THE 07 17" WRANGLER WHEELS FIT ON AN 06 (TJ)?
WILL I NEED TO LIFT IT ANY OR SIMPLY SWITCH THE WHEELS?
