Snuffy115 I had a blocked return line a couple times and my fuel pressure was over 60psi

mayweb I could not find a raw fuel pump pressure in the shop manual. However it does say that it regulates down to 31psi and if you remove vacuum from the regulator the pressure will be 8-10 PSI higher. You really need to measure the unregulated pressure on the vehicle you are doing the equipment swap on. Based on specifications it looks like you are borderline but in reality you could be at 42PSI or higher.

Fuel Pump Pressure

I have a 94 YJ that I'm putting an LT1 out of a 97 Camaro into. My question is what kind of pressure does the stock in the tank fuel pump put out? The LT1 requires 42 psi. If the YJ pump will put that out that much constantly, it will save me a small headache. Any help is appreciated.
