1BLKJP That bushing should pull apart at the halves. Shouldn't be too hard to change out. I'd give Rusty's a call first and see if they will sell you a replacement bushing. And you are right, if that bushing is blown and you are getting vibes or DW from the front end odds are it is that bushing causing the problem.

Bushing?

I have an 03 TJ. 4 cyl 5 spd. 2"BB from RE. The track bar is Rusty's. Question about the trac bar. I noticed that the bushing on the trac bar is worn out and starting to split. Bushing on the drivers side of the trac bar. Now I am getting a slight vibration at any speed. I think if I replace this bushing it will eliminate the vibration. Any other opinions? How hard is it to replace? where can I get a good quality bushing? Any speacial tools needed? thanks ya'll
