igivup Could be a lot of things. Might want to try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and see if that clears it up. Could be moisture got into something and will clear up once things dry out. Chances are if it is nothing serious, that by the time the dealer gets to it they will not be able to replicate it and you will have wasted your time!
You didn't say much about what you are driving.

Kevlars I would say dealer time!!!

Could be exposed wires shorting.. Could be the fuse box ....electrical issues suck.

I drove through about a quarter inch of standing rainwater and now all my lights,swithces wipers flikker and start but won;t stop til I turn it off,any help or point me in the right direction would help. thanks tom
