|yamahachick02||I checked the hose you are taking about it is clean. And the fresh air vent I had to duct tape close because it wouldn't stay closed and it was getting really cold on my feet. I am going to try the windshield next. It is starting to rust a little bit around the bottom center of the windshield so that could be where it is leaking in. The only thing is it can be drizzling and water seems to sneak in after a while. Thanks for all your help.|

|rebelBullDawg325||all 3 things mentioned are known to cause this problem on YJ's. none of them are hard to fix or expensive. i'd do em all just to make sure. and this way if you fix the leaky one, the next one wont start leakin next week|

|94redwrangler||ok guys i have had the same problem and i have found a solution. raise your hood and look at the left side or passenger side of the motor. you will find a hose that is connected to the firewall. it is not connected to anything else just the firewall. if you unclamp it and clean it out it should stop the leaking. it has a very small hole in the end of it to let water out. i have had to clean mine out. try that it might work. i would try that before you go to resealing things.|

take some paper and line the area below the windshield, spary it with a hose or wait for a good rain storm and you can see where if any water is coming through.
I'd be more inclined to suspect the fresh air intake, that grill between your windshield and hood is where the air comes in for your heater, there should be a drain for removing water that may be plugged or the ducting may be cracked.

Everytime it rains and the Jeep is parked, water slowly starts to drip from under the radio and out the heater controls. I can't find any type of hole where water could leak in. Do you think it could be leaking from the windshield seal or where the hood connects to the cab?
