Barrie Check your track bar bolt where it bolts to the diff, it should be as tight as possible. also check the track bar bushing there should be ZERO play anywhere on the track bar. Another thing you can do is start the Jeep and have someone wiggle the wheel back and forth while you look under neath for any play in the track bar or else where on your steering system.

Shaking

I own a 2004 Wrangler and starting about a year ago every time I would go over a large bump, at any speed, the jeep would shake violently, and would not cease until I pushed in the clutch and slowed to almost a complete stop. This wasn't a problem until i went away to college and now have to drive on freeways. My Dads a mechanic but he cant see anything wrong with it. I was wondering if anyone could tell us where to start looking for the problem?? Everything is stock, except the tires are a little wider, but not much. Thank you so much.
