My CSF 3-core I got from radiatorbarn.com has just started leaking after only being in the Jeep for 4 months! It cools great - but I'm starting to doubt their quality and OEM grade I'm gonna get some tubes pinched since it's not under warranty (used off-road) and hopefully it holds.
Mine's been in since Sunday, and I'm still smelling coolant after I shut the engine off. I'm not having any leaks hit the ground, but the smell is a little strange.

TJ radiator question...?

I replaced mine with a CSF 3-core, but I'm thinking it's not quite "right".
The temp is fine, right at 205-210*. It warms up fast and has great heat in the cab. HOWEVER...the water doesn't SEEM to be circulating well at all. I can leave the cap off and run it for 15-20 minutes and never see the water moving. The level just rises and falls. The other symptom is a cold lower hose and tank much of the time. I got home tonight and the upper hose and heater hoses were pressurized and hot, but the lower hose and bottom tank were cold. I know the lower tank's supposed to be cooler, but this is a drastic difference in temp and pressure.
Did I get a bad radiator? Other thoughts?
TIA!
