|Boomoto||well i looked under and I couldn't see any wires near the exhaust, all of them are zipped tied above the tranny and they look fine, I would really appreciate some pics of what the switch looks like cause Im thinking thats whats causing most of these problems|

There is a switch telling your auto tranny what gear it's in. The *wires* can burn though on that switch because it's on the passenger side frame rail right next to the exhaust pipes.
Check to see if the wiring on that side has migrated next to the Catalytic Converter (way high temps to melt wire). You might find a wire bundle all melted together next to the exhaust and Catalytic lines.
A few wire snips to repair, shrink wrap it all to make a good new connection, and a zip-tie to move the wires out of the way and it'll will probably fix the problem.

yeah I have a feeling the tranny and fuse thing are related and what does the linkage and cable look like for the column/transmission..... it was work all fine but now its crap... lets see if I can explain this better.
Turn car on.
Car is in Park
Change to reverse
Change to netrual
Change to drive
Change back to neutral (This is where my fuses blow)
Change to reverse (Will not slip easily into reverse needs a good amount of force)
Change back to park
So i'm thinking there related but I need to know what to check and pics are much appreciated

wipers- check relays and fuse box, then wiring. If you can, use jumper wires to the main wires on the motor to see if it is ok.
tranny- check the linkage and cable from the column to the transmission. Start there.
not sure what you got on problem 3, but it has a wiring issue...kinda weird it only does it in neutral...
Don't worry about the key thing...carry over from AMC...I owned a J10 pickup that if you left the keys in the ignition, they would fall to the floor and lose em. I could run/start it without keys. The only time you needed the key was when you "locked" the column. Just wiggle your wheel and you'll be safe...lol. My old scrambler did the same thing as my J10.

Hey I just bought a 1990 jeep yj about a month ago... got it on the road and everything but now I have a few problems.
Problem one windshield wipers no longer work.... they were working but now there not.... I think I can figure this one out but any input would be good.
Problem two Its extremely hard to go from neutral into park or reverse(this is an auto) I have to give a good wack in order to get it into it. But its easy to go from park/reverse into netrual/drive
Problem three when in neutral my turn signal fuse blows.
Problem four if I take the keys out of the car and if i dont move the steering wheel I can start the jeep without the keys
