whiteyj The fan shroud is attached to the radiator which is attached to the body. The fan is on the motor which is obviously attached to the frame. The body lift raises the body off the frame and therefore changes the alignment of the shroud to the fan.

Be sure to add some bump stop extensions. A 1" BL on top of that lift will give you plenty of room. A BL is going to require extending the transfer case lever as well. Kits include a section that needs to be welded into the lever.

Body Lift

Ok i have my four inch lift on and im planning on putting 33x12.50 on it soon. I would like more clearnce though so im going with a body lift. I want a 2 in body lift but im not sure what it will affect and im woundering if its just as simple as buying the spacers? i was reading a forum about body lifts and someone said something about moving the fan on the engine when you get a body lift kit. Whats up with that? Thanks for any help i can get.
