gillp soo i guess i'll bite the bullet and spend the $$ on the best top I can....sigh...it's expensive to love a 4x4 that much!!! Thanks

TexasSam Sailcloth is the material used on 03 and newer wranglers and produces way less noise. The Sailcloth is 30oz. material and the other is like 15 to 18oz. You already have sailcloth with your 03 so replace it with the same.

03 RUBI Sail cloth is heavier (thicker) and has a different feel (texture) to it.

Replacement top help

I need some help on replacement tops for my 1999 Wrangler.
I found one on ebay for 195$ without hardware. My hardware is still in good shape and doesn't need to be replaced.
What is the difference between Canvas and sail cloth?
I'm in the Philly reagion...if that comes into play.
