|jcf||Who wouldn't, lol at $345 per wheel & I need 5? may have to sell my Jeep to get the wheels, hmmm......that won't work|
|08-04-2010 06:15 PM|
|IndyJeepMan||17" is the biggest I'll go. And thats when I get some Walker Evans.|
|08-03-2010 01:08 AM|
|jcf||I have 18's on mine & I think they are too big, I would like to go for 16's or 17's with the 35" tires but I have a 4.5" lift so kind of puts me in a spot of not knowing whats going to look stupid with that size lift. I hope the 16's will be ok when the time comes. I think the rockstars on that gold Jeep look about 18" same as mine but the tires are smaller than a 35"|

wheelin': v. <we-lynn> to engage 4wd in order to get out of the mud caused by rain. ex. "I took my new mall crawler out wheelin' in the grass and got stuck hub deep."
|07-28-2010 05:14 PM|
|InfernoGirl||How much are the wheels new? I think that was stabs point. The tires are pretty much toast anyway...|
|07-28-2010 05:07 PM|
|pakman55||do a BB.|
|07-26-2010 11:37 PM|
that is a great deal
to bad i need 32x9
|07-26-2010 10:58 PM|
18'' ROCK STAR RIMS AND NITTO MUD GRAPPLER TIRES
|07-26-2010 10:28 PM|
and no i have a 2007 wrangler rubicon for the dirty work
|07-26-2010 09:59 PM|
And if you park on the grass at the mall, it's still mall crawlin' unless you have to engage 4wd to get out of the mud from the rain... then it's wheelin'
|07-26-2010 09:31 PM|
|drag0san1||Is it still mall crawling if you park on the grass? :P|
|07-26-2010 09:17 PM|
|pakman55||can you just admit you're a mall crawler cameron?|
|07-26-2010 05:58 PM|
Those look like 18's. They dont look big enough to be 20's.
Considering the new sahara come with 18s, then go for it if thats what you like. But I would stay far away from the 20's.
|07-26-2010 05:40 PM|
are those 20s
and they look great.
|07-26-2010 05:02 PM|
i know its not the jeep you have nor the flares you ever want! but here is the rockstars with roughly 32" mudgrapplers (best that i can tell anyways)
anyways it will be close to this
|07-26-2010 04:49 PM|
but the side wall on the 18s will be fine right
|07-26-2010 03:23 PM|
if you want to run 18's or 20's it doesnt matter because you keep saying 32" tires. it will only change the look of them. a 32" tire is what comes with the saharas and rubicons and some sports/x's so going to 32" tire is nothing short of a stock tire height on a jeep wrangler, no ill effects and no problems.
the difference is only in the rim. a 20" wheel with a 32" mud grappler will only make the tire look smaller with less side wall than an 18" wheel.
the stock saharas come with 18" wheels so if you want to see what the over all shape and size an 18" wheel with a 32" tire then look at a sahara
personally i think they will look like sahara wheels painted black is all with a chrome star in the middle... but if thats what you like then go for it. its not going to look outragous like a 20" rim on a 29" tire LOL or "Dub4's" with a 32" tire
|07-26-2010 02:51 PM|
|pakman55||the tread goes down to the rim lol|
|07-26-2010 02:45 PM|
|IndyJeepMan||Haha that Jeep has 20's with M/Ts with a 3" sidewall. What a joke.|
|07-26-2010 02:34 PM|
|baja||18-20 inch?Wrong forum.|
|07-26-2010 02:14 PM|
|pakman55||functionaly the smaller the rim the better (the tires will be cheaper as well) The more sidewall the better IMHO|
|07-26-2010 02:06 PM|
|kwchiro||Not sure.. try a google image search and see what you think.|
|07-26-2010 01:35 PM|
|cameron||so what about 18 inch rockstars on 32 inch nitto mud grapplers.......|
|07-26-2010 12:23 PM|
|07-26-2010 12:21 PM|
|KBR97||those would look sick on a H3|
|07-26-2010 12:19 PM|
Here is a jeep with the 20 inch wheels in question. To each his/her own.
|07-26-2010 11:47 AM|
|pakman55||i call wannabe hummer with 20" rims.|
|07-26-2010 11:18 AM|
|07-26-2010 11:15 AM|
but dually is like an f350 the one with 4 wheels on the back...
but what about the 20 inch rockstars in the 32 inch tires
|07-26-2010 09:36 AM|
There is a 17" Dually Rockstar, whatever "dually" means. 2 back wheels per side, dually?
