Cdubu52 I hate to forward you to another forum, but I as well as many others on wranglerforum are members of jeepforum. I know there is a thread there about a 5.0 build in a TJ.

ford v8 conversion into a 97 tj anyone hear of it?

now im sure theres someone out there thats done it before. And before you ask its going to be awhile before i do the swap. anywho ive been doing some research well trying to, and cant find anything except an 8.8 motor swap and i dout the one i found is an 8.8, with that said, i found the motor bout 85% complete on a mud trail, it turns over by hand but will need to be rebuilt, missing the intake and was full of water, thus it being awhile before it happens. not sure what size the motor is. if ya have any tips or sites where i can find kits for or know anybody who has done it please let me know.
