Kate Thanks everyone. I will tell OBM.
The stinger is put off now because I have deprioritized it for a cage and some MetalCloaks
Now, can someone come and help me get these windshield trim panels to work with my cage?

+1

Also Julie, you get 1,000 points from me (useless) for spelling "a lot" correctly.

LMAO!
...and make it snappy mister!!

I will let you tell her though, it took me TWO YEARS of persuasion and spoiling him to finally get mine *wink!*

Kate It's a CARR rota light bar.
BUT
let me strongly suggest against putting on a light bar.
They hang up on branches, create a lot of wind noise and they are really only good for setting up camp and chopping firewood. They are useless for night driving because they cause WAY too much hood glare.

Of all the mods I nave done to my Jeep, this is the one I like the least, and it was the first.
The way this mounts is by drilling huge holes in your windshield pillar, then they have some FUNKY molly type bolts that hold it on. Yea - it's a great bar but the mounting system is poo poo.

nick50471 What brand of light bar is that Kate?

cavediverjc Looks awesome Kate. Your Jeep is quickly becoming one of my favorite Jeeps on the forum!! Your man has some skills. Keep him around!

Kate Thanks everyone!
I was going to have a stinger built for it, but just spent my stinger money on a full set of Johnny Joints for my CAs. I am sick to death of blowing out bushings. Man, those little sonsaguns are 'spensive!

Then, I am going to get soem Metalcloak tubes. Oh yea - that will make miss Katie a VERY happy girl!!! Ajax will be so sexy that even I won't be able to stand him.

blkrubi88 Bumper is looking good, can't wait to see it finished! Keep up the good work!

Kate Gus,
as it stands RIGHT NOW, it only weighs about 30 lbs more than what was on there before.

Once we put the stinger on it, it may change things a bit but overall it hopefully won't be a problem. I don't have measurements on the before & after. If I think of it, when we take it back off to finish it up I'll try to get you some.

jcf He does a great job Kate

G54 That looks great Kate! He does good work. I'd be interested to know how much more the front end sags after the winch is on. I'm getting the Rokmen Mercenary and Superwinch EPi9.0S and figure it will sag only about 1/8 - 1/4" since it only adds about 120# to the stock bumper set up with no winch.

LOL, that's what I said too... but wait till he gets his "mean Jeep" eyebrows and big orange teeth, then he'll be the big mean looking Jeep. It will look like a sadistic grin instead of a friendly smile - I HOPE!!

It will be interesting when I pull up nice and close behind the ricers and let Ajax glare and snarl at them through their rear window.

Kate OH OH OH OH!!!!!

LOOKIE!!!!!!!!

Gonna put a quick, light coat of paint on it to protect it until we can get it to the tubing guy, then strip it all down and do the right finish on it.

Hot damn!!
