x2 on inferno's idea. I can't remember that crap either. with JK's, TJ's, XJ's etc I get things mixed up.
I just told a guy at the shop he could fit 32's on a stock TJ I thought he ment JK.

Offset isn't really pertinent to Jeeps. But here's some info I found on the webz...
Offset measures the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the centerline of the wheel, and it is often indicated in millimeters. If the mounting surface is located closer to the street side of a wheel, then the offset is positive. If it is located closer to the brake side of wheel, then the offset is negative. If it is in line with the center of the wheel, then the offset is zero.
So, if my brain is functioning properly this morning (which isn't likely) Then the bs on would be closer to 6.5"......

So how do you figure the offset for a wheel that has 5.5" backspacing + 25mm offset? Which way does the offset apply? Does it make the wheel's offset 6.5" or 4.5"?
I think I'll dig out my scuba gear and go ask chadwick.

|distortedtj||I'll most likely have the wheel list done in a day or two and have it stickied.|

Bless you Tim! I just need something to refer to when wheel questions come up so I don't give crappy info... My little brain is overloaded as it is, without trying to remember every possible stock wheel bs, and width that ever came on a freakin' Wrangler.... I have seen a good write up somewhere, but of course I cannot find it for the life of me now...
I'll be patient and if I find it in the meantime I'll post it here if that's ok with you.

Patience grasshopper...I've been working on several stock faq stickies. Just as my other ones in the TJ/LJ fag sticky. They will be there shortly.
And I posted several times about the factory spec's with photos of the wheels but not a complete list. Still working on that one.
But as you wait for the sticky on it...what wheel do you want to know about?

We need a sticky....
I have spent half the day searching, and can not find all the info in one place... Can we please get a sticky with all the stock Wrangler wheel sizes? This makes me crazy, I know I've seen it before, but where I have no clue...
