larry408 I would like to put a Lock-Rite or Aussie in my YJ.It is my daily driver and will be flat towed some. Would the locker work best in the front or rear axle??

yjkid95 My jeep is my daily driver. I mainly go wheeling in the mud, snow during winter maybe through some woods. Theres really no rocks around where i live. I plan on running 33s with a 4 inch lift.

flatline what's type of wheeling are you going to do? what size lift and tires? I like the detroit, but I have another suv for a daily driver. I have a true trac in the front diff. I would not buy another. ARB would be better in the front.

The Truetrac, while a good unit, is not a's a very good limited-slip unit.
As for lockers, Lock-Rite or Aussie are two good brands that are easy to install and won't break your budget.
If you can part with more cash, a Detroit locker is a good choice, and very durable.
For top dollar, it's hard to beat an ARB......very durable off road and invisible on the street.
