|H2_recoveryteam||I was gonna get a 40 series for my pick up awhile back before i sold it. And when i was looking into them everyone i talked to always said for the money they are an excelllent muffler all around. An i think they sound great too. Thats the route i would go. Goodluck!|

i actually have an aero turbine muffler, and will be getting a local custom exhaust place to put it in as well as new pipes (looking into staineless). So i actually have no idea how it sounds (aside from a youtube clip i found, link below), but i think it should sound pretty good. I didnt want something TOO TOO throaty, but I'll let you guys know when all is said and done. see if i can't post a video or something...

|VolForce||I like the sound of the flowmaster 40, I pieced my exhaust together from a muffler shop, just had them bend it, I did go with a hi-flow cat and used all stainless pipes, I got about $550 into it (everything) and installed it myself (had a lift available) I was pretty happy with the cost considering it's stainless, my pipes are 2.25.|

|skiidoorider14||Should I stick with the 2.25 pipes or get 2.75 or something...?|

|Jalus Cornerious||I've got the flowmaster 40 with a turndown (no tailpipe). And everyone thinks I've got a v8. Then I pop the hood and reveal my four banger|

|skiidoorider14||Well I'm looking to get a flowmaster 40 and just a dynomax tailpipe no turbo pipe or anything but also a front pipe any suggestions?|

|InfernoGirl||Well, all I can add is that my next exhaust will be a Flowmaster 40... I have a Dynomax turbo now, and while it's better than stock, it isn't audible enough to suit me... I know nothing of the Banks, except that they are pretty $$$ and I don't want to spend that much on something to get bashed up on the trails....|

|skiidoorider14||Also give opinions if i should even bother throwing a exhaust on this jeep, thanks night.|

I need help on what exhaust i should get!!!
Here are the options i am looking at:
1. Gale Banks Monster (Cat-Back) Exhaust. The kit that provides the muffler to the exhaust tip.
2. A Flow-master 40 series American Thunder with a Dynomax Tail pipe w/ a three inch tip.
I would greatly appreciate the comments and preferences towards both of these set ups of any other options that i should get.
I really would like a exhaust that has a deep throaty sound. I have always had a loud exhaust on my cars and i would love to do the same i with this jeep. Right now i do not have a cat.-converter on it as well.
