I cancelled my order and found another vendor on eBay. It's amazing how fast BD answered my email when I threatened to give them negative feedback...It's just a shame they couldn't answer me emails that fast for shipping information for the last two weeks.
So I threw an extra $50 at the project and went for the MileMarker 9500SE.... I placed the order with the vendor on Monday and he personally called me back and said I should have it tomorrow or Thursday the latest.
Now that's what I call customer focus.

Their stats look worse now than I ever seen them, especially in this last week. This last month is really bad.
I actually checked them out and I didn't feel uncomfortable at the time. They were not 100% but 96% was close. There's always a couple of cases that don't work out.... I just don't like being one of them. I placed my complaint with Paypal so we will see if that gets any traction.

BD Performance (EBay problems?)
OK, anyone had problems getting their stuff from BD Performance?
I ordered a winch from them last Monday on EBay and haven't recieved Jack! Made a couple calls and emails and the only response I got was it shipped last Tuesday. UPS is not that slow.
These guys won't return calls or emails anymore apparently. I'm considering a complaint with Paypal and AMEX but wanted to get feedback from anybody that has done business with these clowns. (probably should have asked this first).
