RednekYJ Easyouts is the way to go.

The key to using an easyout/extractor is to drill your first hole STRAIGHT and centered. Use a center punch to make the initial dimple. Use a new bit, low speed, and penetrating oil so you don't burn the bit up.

Rebuilt how should i try and extract the bolt? i dont want to destry whatever thread is left

RednekYJ It should hold. As long as the breather on your axle is working I don't see the RTV giving way. I've seen diff covers that need to be hammered off because of all the RTV some goons use. RTV would really be a last ditch effort though. I think you should be able to extract the broken bolt.

Rear Axle ( screwed in bolt and broke head)

So i'm putting my rear axle back together and i was screwing in one of the bolts and i guess the thread was bad in that one particular hole. I didn't think much of it and just force screwed it in and the head broke off. I tried drilling it out.... didnt work. i thought hmm maybe if i screw in another screw it would re thread the hole... nope i broke the second bolt and now im back to square 1

What can i do t save it?
