Change the Blower switch it's easy and under $20.00 mine did the same thing and i replaced it when i changed my stereo.

Odhinn Sounds like a control head going bad. Better check all the connections behind the head (vacuum and electrical) before condemning it though.

I should have put this in my other post but i just remembered it.
