They are all vinyl coated fabrics. So any chemicals that are safe for vinyl will be fine for your soft top.
The "denim" just refers to the look and feel of the fabric. They aren't really cotton denim - it wouldn't be waterproof.
The best way to clean the top is mild soapy water (dish soap is great), and some scrubbing with a soft brush.
The clear windows require a little extra attention - use a soft cloth and warm soapy water. That should be plenty.
Bestop sells cleaners and protectants. You should buy them by the case! But seriously, just avoid harsh chemical cleaners. There is no miracle cleaner for your top, that you can just spray on make it clean.

Possible dumb question about soft tops
Hello all. Just recently bought a 2009 jeep wrangler x, first time jeep owner, and I love it! However I am trying to learn about jeeps so need some help. I'm reading about cleaning and caring for the soft top and windows and all these different products talk about fabric and vinyl use and not to use one product on the wrong type of material...question is this...is the actual soft top fabric? and the soft windows are the vinyl? Or is that backwards or what? Thanks for the help
