skeeter Ahh got it figured out, somehow it created a new profile but I don't don't see a way to change profiles or even see which one I'm on in the tool bars, I had to switch back by editing profiles.ini

Yep, I've been playing with Linux for a few years, unfortunately once I got things going good on my laptop my hard drive died and Amy doesn't really want me to set it up on her computer
We've got it running on our daughters machine but it's only a 350mhz running Kubuntu.

amy Tiny, Scout, I thought you were my friends, and here you're snitchin' on me?

Ok, I admit it, I've secretly been studying to become a computer guru, just so I could sabotage Skeeter's Firefox. It's payback for him sneaking linux on my computer without teaching me to use it.

There, the truth is out. I feel so free now...

binaryking Check this directory for your info, it should still be there as Firefox doesn't erase anything when you upgrade.

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Also, you will have to enable viewing of hidden files to see this directory.

AHHHH firefox died

I was surfing and suddenly Firefox froze. I've been having this problem for awhile, I was using an old version of Firefox and it didn't like websites that used certain types of embedded video so I figured I'd just clicked on something like that.
I closed out and figured this would be a good time to upgrade to the newest version.
Got it all downloaded and installed and nothing, it's a gods forsaken fresh install, all my favorites, all my history all my cookies, all my everybloodygodsforsaken thing I've saved for a couple years is bloody gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's like I got amnesia, I can't remember passwords on half the websites i visit, hell, I can't even remember half the websites I visit
