Jma20a you should have asked to see what other options you have. even sony is better than pyramid.

GoldTJ Pyramid=DOO-DOO!Put a decent mid-bass speaker in there-I used an MB Quart, and it sounds SWEET!On the factory amp, even!I have a Kenwood head unit,Jeep fronts, and Kicker mid-bass drivers in sound bar.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it? I am running the factory head unit, 2 pioneers in the front and 2 alpines in the sound bar. I appreciate everyone's help!
I found your problem. You are welcome. The diagnostic charge is free this time.

Jma20a the first mistake you made was to get a sub from pyramid, it might be an issue with the factory headunit. get a new headunit, it may not fix the issue but it will bring those speakers to life, you will be in aw when you hear the difference in quality.

a sub can look ok when you take it out and "snoop" around a bit, but there are parts that you can not see or feel when you push down on the cone.
