lift help

i bought my jeep and the guy i bought it from is ignoring me ever since he got his money, and i need to know what lift is on it, its a 95 yj with the 4 litre and its sitting on 32"x11.5" tires and i never noticed any tire rub but it doesent look like it has alot of clearance if i were to flex the jeep out. there is a skyjacker sticker on the windshield so im guessing its most likely a skyjacker lift. So can anyone lemme know how i can identify it. and can i use any shocks to replace the ones on there now cause there worn out
