dutch169 I was on their site, and thats what made me think about it. I was wondering if anyone has a unit (insert joke) like that and what they think of it.

Jma20a ^you can go to and ask the people there what unit would fit and help you out with any other questions.

dutch169 Has anyone put in a fold up face radio? I was thinking about it today but not sure how it would fit, look, and affect the vents. Or of someone did something completely different.

Jma20a for your concerns about not having a battery strong enough to handle the lights and amp, you can do what is called "the big three" in the car audio world "the big three" is far more suggested than having a capacitor for dimming of the lights when the bass hits, a cap isn't worth the money.

"the big three" is an upgrade of both of the ground wires connected to your battery and the upgrade of the positive wire leading to the alt. you upgrade the factory wires with 0/1 gauge wires, and with the jeep you will be able to shorten the ground wires from the battery by a few feet.

here is what it looks like.

Jma20a it all depends on your budget and what you listen to and how much space you have to work with.

Amp & Sub Suggestions

Good Evening All,

I just got off an 18 month assignment and thought I woudld reward myself with a new addition to the Wrangler. I currently have an Alpine stero head and Boston Acoustic speakers installed but I want to go a bit bigger. I want to install an amp and sub to fit in the trunk area.

I am open to suggestions of what I should get. Now, I am not out of the woods yet because I also have a couple sets of lights on the wrong and lights on the back. Would I have to get a better battery and alternator?

Once again everyone, I am open for suggestions and could certainly use the advice here on this one.
