You're gonna have to pull it up. I'd recommend pulling it all the way out to get it all the way dry. It will be pretty tricky to get it back in. I pulled mine out and left it out (just left my slush mats in). Now I don't have to worry about it getting wet. I'm thinking about putting bed liner in it too.
The way to pull it out is to start at the center console and just gently pull.

under the carpets. right around the middle of each seat, 2 in the front floorpans, and two you definitely don't want to miss are in the two little cargo compartments in the back... my stock tire tools were swimming back there
I have a total of 8 sitting on my workbench in a pile, but I can't say for certain that's all of em, and that's for a 4 door

Floor drain plugs
Where are the drain plugs located ? I thought they were the little plastic triangle which holds the floor mats in place but when I removed the stock mats to put my new ones, i found water under the mat on the passenger side and I looked for the drain plugs to see if it was not properly installed and that water came in from under but couldn't find it !
Any thoughts ?
