Clunk came back after a few days, so that was not the fix.
I did however change my right front sway bar link top bolt. But also in the rear right under the rear seat section the middle beam that runs to the back if i hit it lightly makes the noise i always heard. So i jammed a big washer in between the beam and the floor and the noise now after 3 weeks still has not come back. So it might be one or the other and or both that created the damn noise.

|Dr. Venture||FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! fixed my clunk. Guess wtf it was???? The damn front center frame bushing. Every time i'd hit a bump it rattled and clunked. I just replaced and went for a long drive over every pot hole...and no more noise!!!!!|

OMG, so i have it up on my alignment rack this morn after the drive last night to let things settle in. I will do an alignment now. But b4 hand i checked it all over again. Sure enough it is all tight. There was a small lift with the new springs. I think it would be higher, but the winch prob weighs it down a little.
So i used a rubber mallet and hammered at everything and it is all tight. I even rechecked the bolts in case of loosening, and nothing. All is perfect.
Even the exhaust brackets tight and doesn't even shake. Hmm...i think i am just destined for this noise, or i'll have to hang on the bottom while a co worker drives it over
I am thinking that it may or may not be that small play that the drive shaft has leading toward the rear. That might be it, but not 100%.

I had a clunk that I would feel in the floor of my YJ. It was the exhaust bracket that connects just before the Cat converter. It broke away from the weld, and whenever I hit a bump, the cat would bump the hanger tab.

Clunking over bumps, Semi Hard Bumps.
So every time i hit a nice harder then the norm bump i get this clunking, and a slight feel of vibrating to the gas pedal. Like i feel it underneath my feet.
I already changed the leaf springs and all the bushings updated to grease-able.
Changed the shackles as well. All normal ride height.
the feel is amazing and site a tad higher till it settles i guess, but i still get that damn clunking. Almost feels like a loose sway bar link would feel on certain cars, but i had changed those as well. EVERYTHING is nice and tight.
I am so stumped. Oh i did see the driver side motor mount was bad so i replaced that as well. But still the same noise and vibrating. I am beginning to believe its just the norm for the jeep.
