We ran Windrock last year. Those puddles cost me a TPS.
Our group is going to Greyrock that same weekend, otherwise, I'd be tempted. 4.5 hour drive to Windrock or 1.5 hour drive to Greyrock?
Windrock can get VERY dusty on those main trails, esp if you are in the back of a 20 Jeep convoy!

One of the local guys here is a trail leader guide which ever it's called these days.
Gary Parsons red cj7. Ring a bell?

One thing about our rides, we base the trails on the least built Jeep. We had a stock TJ go with us last year (her 1st time ever off road) and by the end she was hunting harder lines to try.
Is T39 reopened now then?

|94riggs||I hope you guys have a wench to pull me out. I have been lying in bed at night dreaming about 35's and lockers for 2 weeks now. I have always wanted a jeep but the ones I found were either beat all to hell or too expensive. BUt I finally found a good candidate. I would like to meet up with you guys and go wheelin.|

|blueJeeps||We need to do Atomic Ridge this trip.|
|03-03-2007 10:35 AM|
|ddavie||T16, T22, T21, T39 are all good trails. I think 16 is my favorite, for now anyway|
|03-03-2007 10:23 AM|
T16 is still there.
It fun unless it rains. Then its a nightmare.
|03-03-2007 08:03 AM|
|4Jeepn||I will be there in April for the Jeep Jamboree. Windrock is okay, the biggest issue I have is good trails like 39 are there one day and gone the next with all the road building they are doing.|
|03-03-2007 07:32 AM|
We need to nail down a campground soon. :o Where we stayed the last few years is great, but it'd be nice to be a tad closer for the night run.
|03-02-2007 07:31 PM|
|ddavie||Yup, I know you'll be there Looking for a good turnout!|
|03-02-2007 04:24 PM|
Search for Oliver Springs, TN.
DD Ya know I'll be there.

Planning a June ride at Windrock
Hey gang. Mid-American Jeepers Association, a family-friendly jeep group, is planning a ride at Coal Creek (Windrock) June 8-9-10. If you guys are interested in attending, shoot me a PM. I'll give you more details as we get closer as well.
