fourbangin leaf springs are a major pain in the butt. but to replace my oem shackles i found it best to unbolt the middle first then move to the front bolt holding the spring to the shackle, but be careful because the spring may slap down to the ground fast, placeing a jack under the spring will stop this from happning. then the rest is pretty much self explanitory

Shackle exchange 95 yj

I am a new jeep owner as of two months ago. I have done some minor work under the hood and had the professionals do some exhaust work. I want to add a tow kit to my 95 yj. I purchased a shackle kit from 4wparts that will allow me to hitch the tow system straight to the front Shackles. I am looking for advice and tips on an easy shackle swap out. any input will help. thanks
