Thanks for the info guys. I may try it next time I go with kneill and the guys from last time.

10cent Hey guys. My name is Mike and I live in North Raleigh (Six Forks and 540 area).

I've followed this thread for a few years, and I believe I met a few of you guys a year or so back out at The Rock, but never really got around to actually posting and figured it was time!

I've had a few JK's (2012 and 2013 Sport 2 door) and just sold my lifted 09 WK to pick up a 2015 Unlimited Sport. The mod sickness has already set in and I have a Teraflex 2.5" kit and 33x12.50 Grabber AT2's mounted on 15" MB TKO's on the way.

I'll post up some pics once everything is installed but figured I'd say hey to everyone.

NCtom Hey, URE looks/sounds great. I've explored a few potential spots near my house on 64, but most everything is posted. Found a couple short ones though is fun for me learning. Went to Breckenridge, but seems like more of a mud bog. I straddled what I could. Then my airbag light came on and horn quit working. Guess I get to Learn how to work on it starting now!

I have been browsing the thread for a few weeks, eyeballing off road entrances and searching Google maps.

Grippy tires huh!

Have a good one

I would say a harness that will allow the little guy to be belted in when the top is off.

My boxer rides shot gun with me if the wife and son is not with me. He loves the top and doors off as much as we do.
We got the harness from Petsmart and it comes with the seat belt attachment.

IIRC, it was about 20 bucks.

The only thing I've seen people doing for their critters are the spiderweb shades...
