Agreed. Don't let the dealer touch those doors!

Problem is you have a plastic parts that have some flex and need some what of a tight fit. Trust me it won't be a long term issue.

I agree. Those pegs adjust to their new home. The trim at the center hole is usually enough to hold it out. That center peg is the shortest. I bet it's hitting the trim and producing the "rocking".

You need to push those down all the way they can be tight at first but will loosen up with time.

Oh, man! That's where the uppers connect with the lowers?

I'd tell them you want a set of full doors AND keeping the half doors, too.

Boy, you're on a roll this morning!

Btw, no new avatar for Christmas? I thought for sure you'd have a Santa or ugly Christmas sweater to share with us! Or do haiku masters not celebrate?

It is the inside screws.

NoGaBiker And just to be clear, this isn't going to give you the light output of a $200 Rigid LED light module -- but it's a nice intermediate step that really is sufficient for my needs.

If I found myself doing a lot of off-road work after dark, where I needed to see extremely well when backing down a trail, I'd go for a set of dedicated additional LED lights in separate housings.

On a side note, you don't have to remove all 4 screws to remove the taillights. In fact, don't. Only remove (and I'm going from memory here) the outside ones. Then wiggle the whole box. The inside is held in by a tab that goes in a slot in the tub. So picture installing it: you insert the inside edge tab into the slot, then screw the two outside edge screws in to hold it.

Big, noticeable improvement in backing-up light. I park outside at home with the Jeep, and back in. Fairly long, uphill, snaking driveway. This made an instant difference in my comfort with that backup process.
