adkjoe I used to live in Syracuse (thank god I moved out of the peoples republic of NY). Tully,NY has a lot of great state land to off road on especially in the Apulia,NY area. Also all the state land in the Adirondacks. I get over there quite a bit when I hike and have a blast on all the trails back there, have buried myself up to the doors in the Adirondacks many many times
