Triple88a the only way i know for now to waterproof wires is using regular electrical tape and liquid electrical tape. You take the wire connector and tape it over with regular tape and then put some of the liquid tape over that so just in case you need to cut it you just cut the regular tape off and it comes right off with nearly any mess from the liquid tape.

I would say it would be a lot of messing around and it would have a problem because the dash electronics still need some air circulation for ventalation.. I've never done a dash.. just couple of connectors..

is there any possible way to water proof the dash of an 04 TJ?
