Rear brake noise

After I installed a front and rear body armor bumpers with rear tire carrier, 8lb capacity winch. I am getting this thumping noise from the rear when I apply my brakes when slowing down to around 15-10 mph. I did not hear this noise prior to the bumpers and winch install. Could it be that the jeep is getting too heavy and need to replace or adjust the rear brakes? I just replaced the front rotors and pads last week. I don't know if the rear brakes ever got replaced by the previous owner. I hope it is just the rear brakes and nothing else.

Jeep specs:

2000 TJ
All stock with the exception of the bumpers and winch.
31x10.50x15 BFG AT
