Agent Orange Buy some wider flares. If money is a big issue keep an eye on ebay or online ads for some used ones. Rubicon flares are an inch or so wider than regular.

Hm, sounds like you need to move to pehaps a red state, where things are a bit better in the fender/tire stick out dept.

jeeperman Without doing a hub conversion and having your rear end converted to 5 on 5.5", you won't be able to find an adapter that will leave you at stock width WMS to WMS.

akfisherman I'm looking at set of MT rims that are mounted on 31 inch tires. The bolt pattern on the rims is 5x5.5, so they wont fit on my jeep. Is there an adapter or something that would allow me to use the 5x5.55's on my jeep?

4Jeepn Okay I am lost.. You want MT rims? Or 31" tires? Rims for a stock TJ are 5x4.5" for the pattern. 5x5.5" are Cj style.

Wheel Adapter

Im looking at a set of 31'' Mickey Thompson wheels that have a 5x5.5 bolt pattern. I have a 2002 wrangler sahara and I believe that the pattern is 5x114. Is there some kind of adapter that I can get for the 5x5.5 bolt pattern to fit my 5x114's. Thanks in advance.
