Body Mounts

Directions in Body lift kit (performance accessories) said 50 lb/ft of torque for the 6 side body mounts (3 on each side) and 35 lb/ft for the rest but on most occassions i've seen its 35 lb/ft of torque for all the body mounts. which one is it? i've noticed that the body mounts that didn't have cracks before do have a few cuts now.

keep it at 50 lb/ft or lower it to 35 lb/ft? i don't wanna go flexin' it out and mess something up
