warlock4890 My 05' has had some slop in the drive train from the factory. Its annoying, but I don't think it's an issue.

bobjenkins I checked everything bolts and u joints and they seem good. The only thing is the front driveshaft has a bit of slop. By slop I mean that it spins the slightest amount. Still lost. The haynes manual said to check all the ujoint bolts but that doesnt seem the problem. Hopefully the gears in front axle and xfer case arent messed

Ive noticed this when in 4wd . when I let off the gas something slaps . I parked the jeep in gear and there is some slop in the driveshafts. is that normal?
