Wiring help Olympic Maxi Light Bar with no wires.

The previous owner brought us the Olympic Maxi Light Bar with 5 lights unfortunately he brought it with no relays, switches, or anything. And I have no clue what to buy to wire this up with. Any help would be appreciated.
