95 4cyl drivetrain

hey guys i know most people swap out this drivetrain, but i have a 95 that i bought early this yr, it has sat for last 9-1/2yrs. i bought new relays, new fuel pump, new starter,and good radiator from davies jeep yard, new coil, and new crank position sensor. I can not get power to fuel pump,or no spark ,I tested ECU in another yj same as mine and it started right up so its good, i also have another ECU i bought but I didnt test it.My jeep has just under 87,000 miles on it, Im swapping out to smallblock chevy and nv4500/241 I am lookin to sell all new parts and complete drivetrain{engine-ax05-231} for $1,200 or best offer. I live in Steubenville OHIO, I prefer to deal in person so if you are interested, I can show jeep and all parts to answer anY questions, IN PERSON my e-mail is Gerks2@yahoo.com i am willing to drive to meet someone if interested.
