But this is how the Mopar one looks for those of us,who aren't good with arts and crafts................
all you would need to do is to go to any good hardware or building materials store and buy the foil covered bubble pack. It comes in widths of 2', 3', or 4' that I have seen. It is about 1/4" thick and folds easily. You can cut it with any decent pair of scissors. Wouldn't take a whole lot of money or effort.

There is no spoon...

Just cut some cardboard to fit and attach it to the visor with a paperclip or something.

Binary King (Gee, I wonder of you're a 'Matrix fan) . What have you got against 4 foot tall little people ? I'd like to fabricate a visor 'extension' that extends out the side of the factory visor not for more windshield coverage but for the side window. Right now it's about 100% too short and from past experience it's going to get REALLY annoying for the 14 miles down Interstate 10 that I drive daily. I love my Tundra's double visors. Oh well, I didn't buy my Jeep for an everyday commute and it also doesn't keep up with the rest of the 100mph drivers I encounter all the way to work anyway (Suicidal Maniacs). As for a $50 visor, boy are they taking advantage of Jeep owners or what? I'm trying to save for a kinda of 'Stage' buildup for my Jeep but I just blew it and spent $800. on a Yamaha Keyboard Workstation. I guess I must have my priorities screwed up. Ya think?

SportsGal501 I just received my "sunshade" for my Wrangler yesterday fits the windshield like a glove and has the jeep logo on the front.

But it cost $54.99 at JustForJeeps.com
it does ship from a Jeep dealership since it's a Mopar product.

It was delivered within two days of purchase

Have you checked Target or Autozone..........

richp I remember there being clip on extensions of green plexi glass that flipped down when needed. Most automotive stores sold them in the gadgets section with the painted foot pedals and dashboard condom dispensers and other stuff...

Bigger Visor and Windshield Sunscreen for TJ

Here in Palm Springs it's at least 100 degrees 6 months out of the year (well, almost) so I need a sunscreen. A web search turned up $50. custom fit ones for a TJ (I bought a custom fit one for my wife's 4runner for $5 at Kmart). Anyone know where to get a cheap one for a TJ? Also, the visor is so short it's useless. Is there anywhere to get an extension for the visor?

Thanks
