Yeah, M.O.R.E. motor mounts for the 302. I'm sure they bolt into the stock cj frame holes. The MM's are $225 I believe.

|1BLKJP||I believe the new MM's that we are going to use are coming from Advance Adapters, but I'm not 100% sure where Dustin is ordering them from.|

Thanks for the info. I plan on keeping the stock axles and running the stock transfercase.
Advance Adapters has an adapter kit for the C4 so the swap should be straight forward.
What motor mounts did you use? I was considering motor plates from a support stand point and also to aid in driveline angles.
I'm going to use the stock mustang manifolds for clearance purposes and for the fact that the motor will be just a touch over stock.

Doin one right now with a buddies CJ7. It's all in there and ready to go, we just have to replace the MM's because one is broken. It all fits quite nicely but we are having to switch it to Driver's side drop due to a smokin deal on a set of Waggy Full Width's that are going in it. Also headers are an issue and we are just going to put stock manifolds back on it to get the exhaust inside the frame.
The one thing we are going to change that does bug me is the front sump setup on the oil pan. at stock ride height it puts the dshaft in the way of the oil pan. So we are changing it out to a rear sump pan setup to remedy that situation.
Honestly there is about a 50 page thread over on Pirate about doing this exact swap. I've read the entire thing and there is truly more information about it than you could ever want to know.

302 w/ a C4 in a CJ
Anybody in here done this swap? Pro's/Con's? I'm using the 302 because of the weight and I already have it. Post up your thoughts.
