03 RUBI Sorry, can't help you on that. As stated above I don't have a console speaker.

AFBcon06 hmm to check on the speaker do I just have to remove the screws that are under the arm rest to access the speaker area?

03 RUBI On mine those two holes have small screws in them, but at the same time I don't have a console speaker. Your guess is most likely correct.

mystery console holes

So on my center console drivers side right above the speaker vents their are two holes about 7 or so inches apart. What are they? I think my center console speaker is dead so I am assuming the previous owner removed it and the two holes are what held the speaker?
