What do you thinks a fair price?

What do you thinks a fair price for a 54,000 mile 4.0 and ax15 and all the parts to do a swap. The motor has new cap & rotor, wires, plugs, 136 amp alt, ACCEL coil, and belt. It also has a Mean Green starter that's a few years old. I was going to wait til spring to sell the motor and all the parts to do a 4 cyl to 6 cyl swap. But a local guy was asking how much I want for the parts. Just wondering what you guy's and gal's thought.
