brake problem question

i have a 97 tj and when i got it the rear drums didnt work at all. up until last night i depended on the front pads but they recently went out. i push my brake pedal all the way to the floor with no deccelleration or force. i pull my e brake and i dont even slow down. what should i be looking at? master cyl. pads. drums. rotors. brake fluid.
