My 12 ga, my 10 ga, me .22 were give to me by my father who had them given to him by his father,
both the guns I bought were under 100 a piece so they were GREAT buys, but for home defense I prefer either the 12 ga, or a round razor sharp blade mounted on a handle that I learned to build from my Grandfather, that was the preferred weapon of my ancestors in Vlad Tepes Army riding Romania of muslin rulers.
But I WILL use these weapons in defense of this nation when ever and where I am asked to, or needed to protect us from enemies that invade, and please no comments about Obama invading, he was elected not an invader. ( only reason I say that is I was told he was a invader on another forum I go to )

Its a big diplomatic war honestly. China won't want to defend N. Korea because that would be going against us, we are their biggest purchaser and bolster their economy, and honestly if we went to war do you think we would pay them?
We would lose alot I mean ALOT of products and such. It would ruin the world economy. Kim Jong Il knows that and he is just playing with S. Korea.
But lets face it, let any of them make a move. The U.S. of A will be there to open a large can of woop-@ss on anyone over there, and we have half the world and all the strongest militaries behind us
Long live, Uhmurrrica

|wolfen||True, but if we had anybody in office here with a lick of common sense we wouldn't owe any other country anything in the first place.|
|12-27-2010 09:29 PM|
You really believe that? You think all this debt just came along in the last 2 years? buwahahah.. yea it has nothing to do with the wars from the Bush administration..nothing at all... FYI your debt went from 5-6 trillion to almost 12 trillion under bush. So far under Obama it's gone from 11-12 to 14.. Also, under the Clinton administration the debt was basically a flat line.

|wolfen||Hey its either the govt's debt or my debt, and last time I checked I have never signed any paperwork to make a loan from another country. So basically as far as I'm concerned I shouldn't be required to pay it back thats just plain robbery.|
|12-27-2010 08:29 PM|
|baja||Hmm.So then its not america's debt its the politicians debt.Killing in the name of.I guess we had better dump more money into the defense fund just incase they decide they want a balloon payment.Really frightening the direction we are headed on the accounts of those we "elected".Basically we are under the control of a mafia like pyramid scam worldwide.Lovely.Back to my cave I've had enough political awareness for the day.|

|12-27-2010 01:12 PM|
|wolfen||Well guys either way ya look at it N Korea and S Korea will someday be fighting this war that never ended again and China ( being communist country) will support N Korea, I think THATS what we need to remember as we import more and more from China. Personally i don't trust ANYBODY who supports a communist country any more than I trust a muslim terrorist with a bomb strapped to his chest.|

I stumbled across this great resource concerning NKorea messing with the South. Apparently today the Pres. of South Korea said the next act of violence by the Norks to the South would result in war.

What worries me about NK is that Kim Il-sung's son recently took his first leadership position and he is expected to show his strength in various ways until he has shown that he is worthy of his new position... ultimately taking over for his father.
The son, Kim Jong-il, is who is responsible for the recent artillery barrage on that SK island that killed the four civilians. He did that within just a few days of assuming his office which pleased the military greatly... he did it as a show of his toughness and that he isn't afraid of the SK military.
I think we're going to be seeing a lot of such postering from NK for the time being until the newness of office has worn off.
At least it appears China is stepping up their talks with NK, not that NK really listens to what China says anymore. I'm thinking China probably figured out a way to convince NK to back down from their earlier announced intentions to attack SK if SK proceeded with their live fire exercises that were darned close to the SK/NK border.

"According to South Korea's Yonhap news agency, North Korea has raised military readiness of its artillery unit along the west coast.
It cited an unidentified South Korean government official who was also quoted as saying some North Korean fighter jets that had been inside the west coast air force hangar had come outside."
South Korea is shooting bombs into the sea and North Korea is pulling all its planes out of the garage. Interesting day.

Canada's military obligations in the volatile region are outlined in a briefing note prepared for Defence Minister Peter MacKay shortly after North Korea detonated a nuclear device last year.
The note by the Defence Department's policy branch, which was obtained by The Canadian Press, says the UN alliance could be used to generate an international fighting force if war erupts
Because Canada was one of the combatants in the Korean War, it became part of an organization known as the United Nations Command — or UNC — following the 1953 armistice that ended three years of war between North and South Korea.

|wolfen||Like I said before basically North Korea wants to make South Korea part of North Korea like it used to be, when they do it will be names Korea like N and S Vietnam after the war it was just Vietnam, but also like I said before if N and S Korea heat the war that HAS NOT stopped yet since 1953, the United States WILL be at war with China, who helps will be helping North Korea, just remember as we titer on the brink or the Korean war resuming......most of our stuff is made in China......which is ALSO STILL a communist country.|
