Exactly! Why I would need such mods when I am apparently incapable of getting stuck as-is is entirely beside the point, dammit! What if I'm called upon to drive across a Mongolian desert during a monsoon??

I need more technology! Somebody bring me my check card!!

. . . or perhaps their check card . . . yes, that would be better.

Seriously though, I agree and think I'll end up with a modest lift, some spacers (I like my wheels), 33s, etc. For now, however, I've got to give it credit for it's stock performance.

I took my JKU Mountain out today for the very first time along with some other folks from here on the forum in Smithfield NC. Got it good and grubby! (Camera phono pic below).

All I've got to say is that the stock 2010 wrangler (which mine essentially is) with some Rubi tires is an incredibly competent offroader. I hauled through some very dubious mud, crested steep hills, and crawled over some seriously uneven terrain without any problem whatsoever. I hadn't anticipated just how capable it was. Very impressed.

Sorry no question here . . . Just really a statement to the masses.
